Retail Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively and contribute to sales growth by presenting product features, functions, and benefits clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans, options, and value-added services.
• Keep up to date with product changes, new features, and ongoing marketing or sales campaigns.
• Deliver a positive in-store experience and support an excellent customer journey from start to finish.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education level: N/O/A Level.
• Quick to learn and able to adjust to evolving technologies.
• Enjoys understanding customer needs and working to deliver a strong service experience.
• Comfortable performing in a target-driven environment and motivated by individual and sales goals.
• Able to work well in a team while also handling tasks independently.
• Prepared to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
