About the Role
Join Nespresso at our Chatswood Chase Boutique as a Retail Coffee Experience Trainer, where you'll combine a passion for coffee with exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver outstanding coffee experiences daily.
- Utilise your coffee knowledge to engage and fuel enthusiasm among team members and customers alike.
- Design, deliver, and assess engaging coffee training sessions and masterclasses.
- Organise and lead coffee launch events and tasting experiences, ensuring the highest standards per cup.
- Serve as the boutique's coffee lead, building team skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to daily store operations, including keyholder duties such as opening and closing the store.
- Forge genuine connections with customers through passionate and knowledgeable interaction.

Candidate Profile
- Genuine passion for coffee and a strong desire to inspire others.
- Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with training or leadership exposure.
- Confidence in conducting workshops and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication skills that create memorable experiences for customers.
- Natural leadership qualities to support and lead teams in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and fulfill keyholder responsibilities.
