Job Description
Embark on your career journey by joining our exceptional retail team as a Store Assistant at ALDI! Prior retail experience is not required; we are seeking individuals with a positive outlook, a strong commitment to work, and a genuine desire to learn. Our stores operate daily, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring a dynamic and varied work environment. We approach supermarket operations uniquely, offering exposure to all store areas rather than confining you to a single role, which provides considerable diversity in your daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently and courteously serving patrons at the registers.
- Maintain well-stocked shelves with products to ensure customers can easily find their preferred items.
- Expertly manage stock, verifying product freshness, expiry dates, and correct pricing.
- Assemble and arrange appealing displays for ALDI's special buys.
- Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards.

- Receive a competitive hourly wage of $31.27, plus applicable shift allowances.
