Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd at our Vadodara location. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily operations, assisting in the kitchen when needed, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Take customer orders attentively and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Respond knowledgeably to inquiries regarding menu items and address customer complaints with professionalism.
• Prepare dining areas by setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant environment.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen personnel to guarantee order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle billing procedures and process customer payments accurately.
• Assist in food preparation when required and uphold high hygiene and food safety standards in kitchen operations.
• Clean dishes and kitchen equipment to maintain overall hygiene.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to provide a safe workplace for staff and customers.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate as a team member to ensure consistent and smooth restaurant operations.

• ગ્રાહકોનું આત્મીયતાપૂર્વક સ્વાગત કરવું અને શ્રેષ્ઠ સેવા પ્રદાન કરવી.
• ઓર્ડર ધ્યાનપૂર્વક લઈને ખોરાક અને પીણાં યોગ્ય રીતે સપ્લાય કરવાનું સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.
• મેનૂ વિષેના પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ આપવો અને ગ્રાહકની ફરિયાદોને વ્યવસાયિક રીતે હેન્ડલ કરવી.
• ડાઇનિંગ વિસ્તારમાં ટેબલ ગોઠવો અને સ્વચ્છતા જાળવો.
• રસોડા સ્ટાફ સાથે મળીને ઓર્ડર ચોકસાઇ અને સમયસર સેવા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવી.
• બિલની પ્રક્રિયા અને ચુકવણીનો વ્યવસ્થાપન કરવો.
• જરૂર પડ્યે ખોરાક તૈયાર કરવામાં મદદ કરવી અને સ્વચ્છતા તથા ખાદ્ય સલામતી જાળવી રાખવી.
• વાસણો ધોઈ અને રસોડાના સાધનો સાફ કરવાના કાર્ય કરો.
• આરોગ્ય અને સલામતીના નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું.
• પુરવઠા અને ઇન્વેન્ટરીને ફરીથી સ્ટોક કરવું.
• સુગમ કામગીરી માટે ટીમ સાથે સહકારપૂર્વક કામ કરવું.
