Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding dining experiences and fostering a motivated service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the restaurant team.
- Handle staff management including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Review and respond to guest feedback effectively.
- Work closely with culinary and other departments to enhance operations.
- Assist in controlling costs and achieving revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in luxury or high-volume hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership capabilities and expertise in team development.
- Guest-centered, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with staff and guests.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
