Role overview
This is a Restaurant Manager position for a gastro pub at Longford Forest in Ballymahon, County Longford, Ireland. The role offers a salary of €60,000 per year plus a 12% bonus scheme. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining strong guest satisfaction, managing financial performance and helping the team deliver memorable experiences.

- Strong understanding of financial controls, delivery management and business planning.

Working pattern
This is a full-time role with a contracted 150 hours across each 4-week period. Shifts are straight shifts and the schedule needs to be fully flexible. The role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
