Job description
Role Overview
As a Resource Executive, you will be instrumental in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, facilitating a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams across various technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities for multiple technology roles and liaise with various hiring teams.
- Schedule interviews, technical assessments, and panel discussions by managing interview panels, sending invites, and communicating details to candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and records within tracking systems.
- Assist with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding administrative tasks.
- Provide timely progress updates to stakeholders regarding the recruitment status.
- Address candidate queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Organize recruitment events including career fairs, campus talks, and networking sessions by coordinating with universities and external vendors.
- Manage logistics for recruitment events such as booth setup, collateral preparation, manpower scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee procurement of recruitment materials by handling quotations, purchase requests, and delivery schedules in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Support recruitment initiatives, projects, and process enhancement activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a certification or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative support roles.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage various roles and timelines concurrently.
- Effective and professional communication skills with both internal and external parties.
- Comfortable with recruitment software, spreadsheets, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling changing priorities efficiently.
- Experience supporting IT, technology, or professional recruitment processes preferred.
- Knowledgeable about public sector recruitment procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Collaborative team player skilled at working across functions.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
Terms and Contract
Successful applicants will initially be offered a contract of one year with the possibility of extension for an additional year.
