Role Overview
Herron Todd White invites motivated professionals to join a newly established team as a Residential Quote Success Specialist based in Adelaide's CBD. This permanent role centers on managing a substantial volume of residential valuation quotes within a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement commercial strategies by processing daily quotes to achieve a submission rate of at least 98% for allocated requests.
- Utilize pricing models strategically to meet or surpass individual quote acceptance goals.
- Engage with Valuers to verify local availability and expertise matching quote needs.
- Ensure punctual delivery of all quotes, generally within 8 business hours or as mandated by the client.
- Oversee workflow and incoming quote volumes to uphold established standards.
- Contribute to process enhancements leveraging technology to improve workflows, data analytics, success rates, and average transaction values.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling high-volume operational tasks with adherence to rigid SLAs and KPIs.
- Driven to independently manage workload and deliver outcomes in an energetic setting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills focused on customer service excellence.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, capable of establishing trust and influencing various organizational levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
- Preferred tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Real Estate, or a related field.
