Resident Surveyor

Role Overview

Rich Construction Company Pte Ltd is hiring an experienced Resident Surveyor to oversee surveying work at the project site. The position focuses on planning, coordinating, and checking land surveying activities so project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

• Take charge of all surveying work carried out on site.
• Plan the day-to-day surveying schedule and keep operations running smoothly.
• Make sure all measurements and observations are completed with precision, efficiency, and within required deadlines.
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate with clients on land surveying-related matters.
• Carry out regular site checks to confirm compliance with quality expectations.
• Assist the wider construction team whenever support is needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in land surveying.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with HDB projects.
• Registration with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) is mandatory.
