Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Reservation Agent position based in Munich. It is a strong fit for people starting their careers after training or university, as well as for motivated career changers who are comfortable working with guests and using Office 365. Complete training on hotel systems will be provided.
What the role involves
In this position, you will manage reservations for individual guests, groups, and airline bookings through phone, email, and online channels. You will respond to guest questions, share details about rooms, rates, and packages, and enter booking information carefully and accurately into the hotel’s systems. The job also includes handling booking changes, cancellations, and special requests so that guests receive smooth and courteous service.
You will collaborate with other hotel departments and help ensure that service delivery matches the brand’s standards. The role calls for clear communication, a structured approach to work, and the ability to stay organized while handling several requests at the same time.
Who this role suits
The hotel is open to motivated beginners and applicants from other professional backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service or administrative work can be helpful, but it is not a requirement. Strong written and verbal communication, a professional and friendly manner, and confidence on the phone are important. A willingness to learn hotel reservation and property management systems is essential, as full training will be provided.
This role also requires full-time on-site availability in Munich, including flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once are key. Solid English skills are needed, while German or additional languages are considered a clear advantage. Candidates who enjoy working with people, are comfortable with technology, and want to develop in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Additional information
This position involves flexible scheduling and may include weekend and holiday coverage. Training on reservation and property management tools will be provided after joining.
