Overview
This opportunity is for a corporate receptionist to join a respected law firm in Dublin 2 on a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract. The role is based onsite and sits within a collaborative front-of-house team focused on delivering a polished, high-end experience for clients and visitors.

Key duties
- Receive clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
- Handle a busy flow of incoming telephone calls and route them to the right person or department
- Arrange meeting rooms and coordinate catering needs for internal meetings
- Organise transport arrangements such as taxi bookings for staff and clients when needed
- Manage the issue and return of security swipe cards for visitors and employees
- Carry out general front-desk administration, including document preparation and reception coordination
Candidate profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate receptionist role or within 5-star hospitality
- A professional, dependable approach with a strong client service mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay composed in busy periods
- Clear and confident communication skills, both face-to-face and by phone
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and comfort working independently
- Team-oriented experience gained in a corporate or professional services environment
- Willingness to work flexibly within a shift pattern covering 7:45am to 6:30pm
