Overview

This opportunity is for a corporate receptionist to join a respected law firm in Dublin 2 on a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract. The role is based onsite and sits within a collaborative front-of-house team focused on delivering a polished, high-end experience for clients and visitors.

The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a client-facing environment, is comfortable in a professional corporate setting, and takes pride in providing consistently excellent service.

Key duties

  • Receive clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
  • Handle a busy flow of incoming telephone calls and route them to the right person or department
  • Arrange meeting rooms and coordinate catering needs for internal meetings
  • Organise transport arrangements such as taxi bookings for staff and clients when needed
  • Manage the issue and return of security swipe cards for visitors and employees
  • Carry out general front-desk administration, including document preparation and reception coordination

Candidate profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate receptionist role or within 5-star hospitality
  • A professional, dependable approach with a strong client service mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay composed in busy periods
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both face-to-face and by phone
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and comfort working independently
  • Team-oriented experience gained in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Willingness to work flexibly within a shift pattern covering 7:45am to 6:30pm
