Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and motivated Researcher to join the Research and Innovation Team at Health and Happiness Research. This role will focus on supporting both in vitro and in vivo research activities. The research strategy involves identifying, developing, and utilizing novel bioactive compounds to enhance health and well-being across all life stages. The Researcher will conduct world-class research, deepen our scientific understanding of human and pet nutrition, and contribute to the creation of innovative nutritional products for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior researchers in driving disruptive research innovation.
Design and execute biochemical, analytical, microbiological, and cell-based in-vitro and ex-vivo assays using various ingredients and finished products.
Provide support for animal studies (e.g., piglets), including their maintenance and sample collection/analysis, as needed.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to data analysis processes.
Engage with key stakeholders, including industry partners, academic institutions, key opinion leaders, and internal teams such as innovation, marketing, quality, regulatory, and scientific communication.
Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through project reports, peer-reviewed publications, popular articles, social media, and presentations at local and international conferences.

Key Expertise and Skills

Possess an M.Sc. and/or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Health Science, Biomedical Sciences, Food Science, or a related field.
Demonstrate a strong background in human cell culture, bacterial culture, biochemical testing, analytical testing, and functional food research.
Exhibit a proven history of successfully completing research projects within scope and on schedule.
Experience with probiotics, pathogens, human cell culture, and simulated digestion is highly advantageous.
Showcase a proven track record in data analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools like GraphPad, SPSS, or Python.
Possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including consulting, partnering, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, collaborative, time management, and motivational skills.
Demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and autonomy in work approach.
