- 1 to 5+ years of practical experience in DNA cloning and protein expression.
- Proficiency in protein purification processes and preferably experience spanning R&D to pre-clinical stages.
- Knowledge of engineered small-format protein binders such as Darpins, affibodies, or VHH is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for identifying and resolving scientific challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, goal-driven workplace.
- Additional skills in protein conjugation, purification, and analytics are beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include comprehensive coverage for medical, vision, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid vacation.
