Role Overview

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist project teams with the delivery of commercial and government clinical research assignments.
- Draft, review, organize, and update project records to keep them aligned with study requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing study materials so they are routed correctly.
- Communicate with clinical site personnel about study progress, questions, and issues.
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and other study-related documents.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in science, health, or a closely related area is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy environment with several active projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with good people skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Preferred Background
- Prior exposure to clinical research methods.
- Experience using project management tools or techniques.
- Background in a research or clinical setting.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers pay of up to $30,000 per year. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, and holiday pay.
