Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of project activities such as surveys and interviews across study locations.
- Help identify, enroll, and coordinate research participants, including logistical support for intervention work.
- Keep project records, databases, and documentation current, accurate, and confidential.
- Assist with study reporting, protocol development, analysis support, and manuscript preparation.
- Perform literature reviews and help draft communication needed for institutional review board submissions.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in public health or health policy is strongly preferred.
- Strong people skills, organization, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving ability are essential.
- Availability to work evenings and some weekends when necessary is required.
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual ability may be an advantage depending on the population being studied.
- Prior exposure to data analysis and manuscript preparation is helpful.
- Knowledge of institutional review board submission procedures is a plus.
