Role overview

The Digital Behavioural Insights Lab (DBI) at the National University of Singapore is looking for a motivated and meticulous research fellow to support work in digital health interventions, with a particular emphasis on preventing and managing cardiometabolic diseases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Carry out research activities related to the lab’s digital health and cardiometabolic disease projects.
  • Collect, organize, and analyse data to support study objectives and findings.
  • Contribute to the writing of academic papers and conference presentations.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
  • Work closely with teams from different disciplines to advance ongoing research work.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent analytical ability with the capacity to make sense of research data and results.
  • Practical experience or capability in data analysis, software engineering, and machine learning, along with familiarity with the relevant tools and platforms.
  • A PhD in a relevant area such as healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong planning and time-management skills, with the ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Previous exposure to academic or applied research would be a plus.
