Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Research and Development Chemist who will support AI model training. The work involves testing chatbot responses, checking reasoning quality, and identifying issues that can be used to improve model performance.
The role requires expert-level chemistry knowledge. Relevant backgrounds may include Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Qualifications

- Careful, detail-focused working style.
- Thorough understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry.
- Master’s and/or PhD study in progress, completed, or planned is preferred, though not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is an independent contractor arrangement. Payment is processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants. Only candidates based in the United Kingdom will be considered.
