About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Chemist to assist in refining AI models by training and assessing their responses. The primary focus is to evaluate AI chatbot performance in relation to chemistry-related inquiries, identifying areas for improvement to enhance accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with challenging chemistry problems and critically assess their answers.
- Analyze AI model outputs for correctness and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Expertise in chemistry, with strong knowledge spanning general, organic, and physical chemistry.
- Fluent English communication skills at native or near-native proficiency.
- Detail-oriented approach to evaluating complex information.
- Preference for candidates with a current, ongoing, or completed Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry or related fields, though this is not mandatory.
