Role overview
Join the Noida, Sector 3 office as a Quality Spotter focused on checking hotel listings across several meta-search platforms. The role centers on validating that pricing and availability details are correct and spotting mismatches between what is displayed online and what is actually available.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect hotel listings across multiple meta-search websites.
- Detect and flag inconsistencies in rates, room availability, and listing information.
- Carry out online booking simulations to confirm that the prices shown on meta-search platforms align with real booking prices.
- Handle a large number of checks efficiently while keeping a high level of accuracy.
- Keep well-structured records of observations; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Required profile
- A sharp focus on detail and precision is essential.
- Good web browsing and online research ability is needed.
- Previous experience with booking hotels or flights online is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing is important; experience in DTP or another role involving rapid, accurate data entry will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel will be helpful.
- You should be comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work that demands both speed and consistency.
Work setup
- This is an office-based position in Noida, Sector 3.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday, making it a 6-day work week.
