About the Role

Continuity Global Solutions is hiring a highly detail-focused Data Input Specialist to contribute to a critical government-related mission. This is a temporary assignment expected to run for as long as two years, with the potential for additional opportunities under the same announcement.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside case workers during field interviews and investigations
  • Collect, organize, and record information connected to cases
  • Help coordinate with collateral contacts, field case managers, and internal team members
  • Handle large volumes of data entry and keep case management systems current
  • Carry out online and database research as needed
  • Review inactive case files and update their status
  • Assist with quality assurance checks and audits
  • Provide broad administrative and clerical assistance
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned

Work Arrangement

This role is primarily remote. Depending on mission needs, occasional travel may be required. In some cases, work may also extend beyond standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Applicants should bring relevant experience in case management, investigations, or law enforcement work involving foreign-born populations. Prior exposure to fast-moving and changing environments is important, along with the ability to adjust quickly while remaining professional and discreet. Candidates should also have experience managing high-volume data entry in law enforcement, government, or case management settings, plus strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when needed, is also expected. Knowledge of a foreign language is considered an advantage.

Minimum Eligibility

To be considered, applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to complete all required pre-employment and government suitability checks. These may include a background investigation, fingerprinting, credit review where applicable, completion of the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment or equivalent forms, and Form I-9 verification. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain any necessary government approvals throughout employment. Where applicable, candidates must also confirm Selective Service registration in line with federal requirements.
