Role overview
Woolworths Group in Rangiora, Canterbury is seeking a full-time Replenishment Operations Specialist to help keep store processes running smoothly, ensure stock is handled correctly, and support strong team coordination across shifts.
Roster
The scheduled working pattern for this role is:
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Key duties
- Keep the assigned workflow moving efficiently and make sure required steps are completed on time.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and the wider team to improve coordination and productivity.
- Support uninterrupted completion of processes while following all required standards and procedures.
- Oversee routine stock and replenishment activity so shelves are filled accurately and deliveries are handled to standard.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to team members, while helping maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Make sure presentation and replenishment standards are consistently met, including the use of shelf-friendly packaging and management of excess stock.
- Escalate process or workflow issues promptly to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Step into Acting Store Manager duties when rostered and contribute actively to team connection initiatives.

Additional notes
To be successful in this role, you must be available for four weekend shifts each month and at least one evening shift every week.
