About the Role
We are seeking a confident Repair Sales Coordinator based in Ashford, Kent, for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will manage the sales of fixed-price repairs, glass, supply-only parts, and retrofits, producing precise quotations and processing orders in a timely manner.
This role requires proactive communication with customers and close collaboration with field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely sales quotations for customers.
- Submit and manage incoming orders ensuring customers provide complete and correct information.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and follow up with customers appropriately.
- Collaborate with Area Service Sales Managers to uphold high-quality customer service.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work setting.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience in a direct customer-facing position.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Basic familiarity with UK geography.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reside within a daily commuting distance to Ashford office.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time role with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
- Hybrid working pattern after a 4-week settling-in period, requiring minimum 3 days in office weekly.
