Role Summary
The Secure Distributed Cloud Renewals team manages subscription renewals for SaaS services built on the Distributed Cloud Platform (XC). This position partners with end customers, Customer Success Managers, channel partners, Account Executives, and Solutions Specialists to keep renewals on schedule and capture any expansion or growth that occurs during the subscription term. The role sits at the center of a complex and evolving sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to complete renewals on time.
- Own a portfolio of subscription renewals from start to finish, spotting risks early and removing blockers so sales milestones move smoothly from quota creation through final booking.
- Assess contract terms and conditions and work with finance and legal teams to keep agreements compliant.
- Perform quarterly checks on all upcoming renewals with Customer Success Managers to confirm data accuracy.
- Coordinate with channel partners and customers to support a seamless renewal process.
- Maintain renewal records in Salesforce, keeping status, stage, close dates, and projected revenue current.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or customer success.
- Ability to guide complex sales situations toward a positive outcome by engaging the right stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment across local, regional, and global teams.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of IT security operations and the related customer personas.
- Ability to maintain accurate reports and dashboards for renewals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in English for both general and technical discussions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work effectively with customers, channel partners, and F5 teams across different regions.
