Role Overview

This position is intended for independently licensed therapists seeking consistent W-2 pay, full benefits, flexible yet structured scheduling, minimal administrative duties, and clearly defined expectations regarding caseload and documentation in a fully remote setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Delivering 100% remote outpatient therapy services
• Treating patients with low to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others
• Conducting standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions
• Maintaining a steady outpatient caseload with transparent and defined objectives
• Excluding inpatient, intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP), and crisis call duties
• Utilizing an internal referral system with psychiatrists
• Benefit from full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing assistance

Clinical Autonomy and Flexibility

• Making independent clinical decisions
• Adjusting weekly schedule and availability within operational guidelines
• Applying evidence-based clinical approaches
• Engaging in shared accountability supported by practicing clinician input
• Practicing independently with accessible clinical leadership for consultation
• Focusing on patient care without administrative distractions

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold an active, unrestricted independent therapy license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Possess two or more current independent state licenses, excluding CA, NY, and MA
• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, communication, and independent decision-making
• Able to work in a fast-paced but manageable outpatient environment
• Highly preferred experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or similar clinical settings
• Preferred familiarity with skills-based therapeutic methods like CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care
• Note: This is not a supervisory role for licensure candidates nor a self-directed private practice opportunity; clinicians join a team environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time and part-time W-2 employment options
• Base salary of $70,000 with potential incentives up to an additional $20,000
• Tenure-based salary increases after two years
