Role overview

This remote role focuses on supporting end-to-end hiring activities. The position is designed for someone who enjoys finding strong candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and helping teams grow with the right talent.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is USD 6,200 to USD 7,600.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and connect with suitable candidates for open roles.
  • Screen resumes and assess whether applicants match role requirements.
  • Carry out initial phone conversations and first-round interviews.
  • Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep applicant tracking system data accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
  • Assist with employer outreach and recruitment marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Ability to source candidates effectively and conduct interviews confidently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with relationship-building ability.
  • Working knowledge of recruiter tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
  • A dedicated home workspace with dependable internet access is required.
