The work centers on improving online visibility, strengthening audience growth, and boosting engagement across several social channels.
What you'll do
- Create, plan, and publish content that reflects each client’s brand voice and appeals to its target audience.
- Oversee day-to-day posting and interact with audiences on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Track account performance, review analytics, and compile regular reports to guide future strategy.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to keep social content aligned with wider marketing initiatives.
- Handle comments, direct messages, and general queries quickly and professionally.
- Keep current with social media trends and platform best practices, especially those relevant to beauty and local business marketing.
Experience and tools
The ideal candidate should already have hands-on experience managing social accounts for businesses or brands. Strong writing ability, a fresh content mindset, and comfort using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later are important. You should also be able to use analytics tools to draw practical insights from performance data, work independently, manage several accounts at once, and stay on top of deadlines.
Industry knowledge
Experience in the beauty sector or with marketing for local businesses will be considered an added advantage. A dependable internet connection and the ability to collaborate remotely are also required.
