Role Overview
The Remote IT Technician is responsible for delivering technical assistance and maintenance for computer systems, networks, and software applications from a remote location. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk services, or technical troubleshooting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software, and networking protocols.
- Experience using remote support tools, ticket management systems, and IT administration platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
