Role Overview
This is a fully remote position focused on accurate data handling and everyday administrative support. The role suits someone who is highly organized, precise with information, and comfortable balancing record maintenance with general coordination tasks. You will play an important part in keeping internal data current, supporting administrative workflows, and helping the team operate efficiently.
Data Entry and Record Management
- Enter, revise, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
- Check records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Keep digital files and datasets well structured and easy to access.
- Spot data mismatches, errors, and other irregularities, then correct them.
Administrative Support and Coordination
- Assist with routine office-style tasks and internal procedures.
- Keep trackers, logs, and reporting sheets up to date.
- Help coordinate tasks so work is completed on schedule.
- Organize documents and files so they can be retrieved quickly when needed.
Communication and Task Tracking
- Review incoming requests and direct them to the right person or process.
- Share updates with teammates about data changes or issues that need attention.
- Monitor task status and follow up on pending items.
- Provide clear updates on work that has been finished and work that is still in progress.
Documentation and Quality Control
- Use consistent formats across data records and supporting documents.
- Carry out routine checks to maintain data quality and uniformity.
- Support documentation of processes and suggest simple workflow improvements.
- Prepare basic summaries or reports whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable tools.

- Clear written communication skills.
