Role overview

The Remote Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for handling customer conversations, tracking service requests, and keeping support activities organized. The position is centered on delivering a positive customer experience while making sure questions and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Core responsibilities

  • Organize day-to-day customer support tasks and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Review incoming customer questions and requests from different communication channels.
  • Help resolve service issues and support case handling.
  • Keep customer information, case notes, and records accurate and up to date.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to efforts that improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or client service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with relationship-building ability.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and support tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation and benefits
