Role Overview

This part-time position of Remote Chat Support Specialist with 100% OGÊO - La révolution du Granulat is based in Singapore and offers a hybrid working arrangement with some days working remotely from home. The specialist will actively manage real-time customer chats, delivering precise information regarding products and services, assisting with order placement, account management, and resolving fundamental technical queries.

Key Duties

  • Troubleshoot and solve user issues directly through chat interactions.
  • Accurately log all customer communications and actions into the support system.
  • Escalate complex problems to the right departments promptly and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Monitor chat queues to maintain adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Identify repetitive issues and communicate findings to improve customer service procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to company support protocols.
  • Maintain a professional and inclusive communication style with all customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills for clear, polite, and effective chat correspondence.
  • Strong technical support skills capable of troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Analytical mindset to assess customer feedback and identify trends for improvement.
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools and quick to adapt to new software platforms.
  • Proficient in written English; knowledge of additional languages pertinent to Singapore is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a hybrid schedule, demonstrating reliability during shifts.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferable; industry knowledge in construction or materials is advantageous.
