Job Summary

This position involves offering tailored financial products to meet the needs of customers seeking tractor loans, ensuring excellent service and creating a trusted banking partnership. The role requires close collaboration with product and operations teams to facilitate customer acquisition, service quality, and business growth. Additionally, the manager will focus on acquiring dealership business clients and manage relationships to support branch banking goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Secure new tractor loan customers by conducting thorough credit assessments and delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain strong engagement with existing clients via emails and calls, providing updates on interest rate changes and product offerings.
  • Onboard new Dealers, DSAs, and DSTs to expand the dealership network.
  • Generate new sales leads for dealership customers through referrals and marketing activities.
  • Conduct internal policy training sessions for team members.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries proactively.
  • Stay informed on competitors’ products and market best practices.
  • Oversee channels and team performance to ensure quality sourcing and a healthy loan portfolio.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and collect feedback to refine growth plans.
  • Suggest procedural enhancements to elevate service effectiveness across branches.
  • Plan sales strategies and develop promotional campaigns to boost marketing efforts.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent within the reporting team.
  • Monitor metrics such as employee productivity, hiring standards, and attrition; implement improvements as needed.
  • Support teams to achieve growth targets through adequate resources and guidance.

Education and Experience

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in fields such as BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or related disciplines. The role requires 2 to 5 years of pertinent branch banking experience.
