Role Overview

This position is for a Relationship Manager focused on structured financing for mid and large corporates. The role reports to the Business Head and is based across Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring in new mid- and large-corporate customers across India, especially businesses with revenues above INR 500 crore in the mid-corporate segment and above INR 15,000 crore in the large-corporate segment.
  • Work across sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, infrastructure, and power.
  • Use existing regional business relationships to deepen the portfolio and create additional opportunities.
  • Prepare deal notes, financial models, and cash flow projections to evaluate credit suitability.
  • Negotiate and structure transactions within lending guidelines, including term sheets, covenants, pricing, and security arrangements.
  • Drive the full disbursement journey, including documentation, legal and technical valuations, escrow account setup, and charge-sharing coordination with other lenders.
  • Partner with leadership to spot and pursue new growth geographies, industries, and product opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a CA or an MBA in Finance from a Tier I or Tier II institute and at least 4 years of experience in structured financing within an NBFC environment serving mid and large corporates. Strong exposure to corporate client coverage, financial modelling, and bespoke financing formats such as working capital, acquisition finance, capex finance, and leasing is expected. The role also calls for strong communication, analytical ability, and client-handling skills, along with the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
