Role Overview

This opening is for an experienced Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager with a solid track record in secured lending and mortgage sales. The role is centered on building business in the open market, acquiring customers for Micro LAP and related secured lending products, and driving disbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through open market sales efforts.
• Identify, source, and convert customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending offerings.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
• Meet monthly sales targets as well as disbursement goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate efficient loan processing and timely disbursal.

Required Skills and Background

• Prior experience in secured lending and mortgage sales.
• Hands-on exposure to Micro LAP / Loan Against Property products.
• Ability to generate leads and close business through open market sales.
• Strong customer acquisition capability.
• Relationship management and client servicing skills.
• Sales and business development orientation.
