Key challenges
- Building strong recall for the company’s schemes among a broad distributor base.
- Keeping up with rapidly changing market developments and distributor intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Grow sales from the assigned set of relationships and support regional achievement goals.
- Study market information to find new prospects, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to expand business.
- Map distributor profiles and align offerings to their needs so that business continues consistently.
- Meet target levels for new folios and new SIP additions.
- Carry out distributor empanelment and activation activities.
- Maintain regular communication and meetings with distributors.
- Share product updates and other relevant information on time.
- Plan and run partner training sessions and engagement activities.
- Maintain full compliance with internal reporting and audit requirements.
- Submit weekly updates to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
- Keep the sales portal updated with the required information for reporting and analysis.
- Support installation of advertising and promotional materials to improve visibility of the brand.
