Role overview

Join the Distribution team in Auckland and play a key part in deepening adviser partnerships while helping the business expand within the financial services space. This position is focused on relationship management, adviser enablement, and supporting a member-first mutual approach in every engagement.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted connections with financial advisers and important partners.
  • Guide advisers through PPS Mutual products, systems, and operating processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain ongoing engagement with adviser networks.
  • Share market knowledge and observations to inform strategy and support new ideas.
  • Represent and promote the organisation's member-first, mutual philosophy in day-to-day interactions.

What the role calls for

  • Background in life insurance distribution, adviser relationship management, or business development.
  • Sound knowledge of the New Zealand insurance market.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing ability.
  • Demonstrated success in earning trust and delivering commercial results.
  • Professional approach, good organisation, and a high standard of integrity.
