Role Overview
The Relationship Manager position is based in Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore, and involves full-time employment. The compensation package offers an annual CTC of 456,072 INR, which includes 276,072 INR as fixed salary and 180,000 INR as variable pay, with some employees earning up to 25,000 INR monthly as variable incentive.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue potential business prospects.
- Establish client relationships while recommending solutions and finalizing sales transactions.
- Conduct outbound telephonic outreach utilizing lead generation and secondary data sources.
- Maintain consistent follow-up routines on both new and existing leads every day.
- Adhere strictly to company quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain high energy, effective communication, and a strong focus on deal closures and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants must hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.).
- Exemplary spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English along with Hindi or Kannada is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is considered an advantage.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work a nine-hour shift (10 AM to 7 PM).
- Availability for six working days per week, with one weekday off.
