Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture robust client relationships ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.
- Maintain ongoing client connections while uncovering business growth opportunities and suggesting relevant value-added financial products and solutions.
- Gain deep understanding of client requirements to offer financial advice and coordinate with internal departments to provide outstanding service.
- Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation through relationship development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in sales or client relationship management, preferably within financial services.
- Residency in Mumbai is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Proven sales competency and intuitive understanding of client behaviors.
- Demonstrated capability to identify client challenges and recommend revenue-generating product solutions.
- Excellent research skills and resourcefulness.
- Confidence in managing challenges and objections.
- Knowledge of the stock market will be considered an advantage.
Compensation & Additional Details
The position offers an annual salary in the range of INR 600,000 to INR 860,000.
