Role overview
This position focuses on maintaining a portfolio of client relationships, acquiring new ones, and delivering the sales outcomes linked to those relationships.
Business context and key challenges
The role calls for building strong recall for ABSLAMC offerings across a wide product range available through the distributor network. It also requires continuous tracking of market updates, distributor intelligence, and rapidly changing business conditions. In addition, investor service concerns must be resolved quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete compliance with internal reporting processes and audit requirements.
- Share weekly updates with Regional Heads and Channel Heads.
- Keep the sales portal updated with the information needed for reporting and analysis.
- Arrange and support installation of marketing and publicity materials to strengthen brand visibility.
- Drive sustained sales from assigned relationships and help the region meet its targets.
- Gather and assess market intelligence to identify new clients, make direct sales pitches, and work with channel partners to grow revenue.
- Profile distributors and align solutions to their requirements to encourage repeat business.
- Work toward the targeted number of folios and the target value of new SIPs.
