Position Overview
This role involves overseeing existing Small Enterprise (SE) customer relationships and expanding these by acquiring new SE clients within business communities near branch offices. The primary goal is to meet specified financial and non-financial targets by satisfying all borrowing and non-borrowing requirements of target customer segments, including borrowers, transactors, and depositors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing Small Enterprise clients.
- Originate new SE relationships by actively engaging with business communities around branch locations.
- Source new customers through walk-in leads and develop business opportunities.
- Focus on relationship management with an emphasis on up-selling, deep-selling, and cross-selling various banking products.
- Seamlessly assume responsibility for newly originated accounts from direct sales and handovers from the middle enterprise team, following established onboarding processes.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to upgrade SE customers to the Middle Enterprise category through thorough needs assessment and customer profiling.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the assigned SE portfolio by conducting KYC reviews, monitoring for due diligence compliance, and adhering to anti-money laundering protocols.
