- Lead the acquisition of corporate salary accounts to expand the bank's customer base.
- Supervise and manage a team of Business Development Managers to enhance productivity.
- Ensure achievement of fee income targets tied to corporate salary accounts.
- Strengthen and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate clients.

- Proven track record in managing and leading teams successfully.
