About the role
Reiseclub Cottbus GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a friendly, careful coach driver to join its travel bus team. The company operates one of Brandenburg’s most modern coach fleets and runs its own travel program. The role focuses on transporting guests safely while delivering a service-oriented travel experience from departure to destination.
The company provides regular mandatory training every year, including driving-safety sessions, at no cost to employees. Assignments may include trips with daily returns, shorter transfers to nearby destinations, and work from the Dresden location as well.
Responsibilities
- Drive coaches independently on single trips with tour guidance in charter and travel transport.
- Handle day trips where you return home after the shift.
- Carry out feeder services using a small bus.
- Cover replacement segments of coach journeys when needed.
- Be available for assignments that end with a daily return home.
- Support operations from the Dresden base if required.
Requirements
- A valid Category D driving licence is required.
- You should be punctual and dependable.
- A strong service mindset is expected.
- Flexibility is important for this role.
- Previous experience in tourism or coach travel is an advantage.
