Role summary

The Rehab Aide supports the department under the direction of a licensed leader or clinician and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. This role focuses on supply stocking, inventory tracking, ordering, cleaning therapy toys and equipment, and maintaining play areas, treatment rooms, and clinical spaces. The aide also works with other departments to help ensure equipment is maintained, supplies are available and properly paid for, safety concerns are identified, donations are handled, and patient support tasks are completed as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, certificate of completion, or an equivalent credential
• Comfortable working on your own
• Able to plan, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
• Strong professional communication skills for working with multiple teams and departments

Additional information

The salary range for this position is $16.25 to $25.11 per hour. Pay will be determined based on fairness relative to similar roles and the candidate’s experience.
