Role Summary
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will support the Regulatory team by coordinating the product registration workflow across international markets. The role focuses on document organization, registration tracking, and making sure submissions are completed on time to satisfy compliance requirements.
Work Setup
This is a hybrid position: the employee will work from the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product registration cycle by collecting, organizing, and managing the required paperwork.
- Submit registration materials to clients within required timelines while aligning with local and regional compliance rules.
- Watch product readiness against registration schedules for new launches and give priority to urgent requests.
- Coordinate launch timing so registration activities are completed with enough lead time.
- Keep the product registration shared drive structured and accessible for team use.
- Plan and arrange weekly Regulatory team meetings to review document readiness, registration progress, and launch status.
- Share regular progress reports with managers and cross-functional teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Maintain the client-specific registration tracker and confirm that all required documents are captured and updated.
- Build and refresh country-level and client-level registration requirement lists.
- Investigate and resolve questions or issues related to product registration.
- Communicate registration updates to the sales team to support timely product launches.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Science, Health, Engineering, Business, or Legal Studies is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative, support, regulatory affairs, product registration, or compliance-related role.
Required Skills
The role calls for strong multitasking ability, sharp attention to detail, familiarity with global compliance expectations, initiative, ownership, and clear communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is also needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $68,000 to $72,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include a bonus tied to individual and company performance.
