About the Role
As a Pharmacist at Davadost Pharma, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of dispensing medications safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication protocols.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify prescriptions for accuracy and suitability.
- Dispense medications and provide clear instructions regarding their usage.
- Offer detailed counseling to patients about dosage, possible side effects, interactions with other drugs, and correct storage methods.
- Oversee patient medication regimens and suggest modifications as relevant.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to prescriptions and controlled drugs.
- Ensure full compliance with all pertinent pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including procurement, stock maintenance, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
- Address queries regarding medications raised by patients or healthcare professionals.
- Engage in initiatives supporting health promotion and disease prevention.
- Document and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license or registration in accordance with local regulations.
- Thorough understanding of pharmacology, medication management practices, and healthcare laws.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and electronic health records systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Between one and three years’ experience working in retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy environments.
- Certification in specialized areas of pharmacy practice, if applicable.
- Experience handling inventory and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Compensation and Benefits
