Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment activity across assigned regions from start to finish, while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Work with the Corporate Marketing team and outside agencies to design and roll out regional employer branding efforts.
  • Review how recruitment channels are performing and enhance the use of job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs and provide informed hiring guidance.
  • Monitor, prepare, and interpret hiring metrics and reports, including spreadsheet clean-up and data analysis, to support ongoing improvements.
  • Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • You should bring at least 2 years of regional talent acquisition experience, ideally gained in a multinational setting.
  • Hands-on exposure to employer branding strategy and execution is important for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with varied stakeholders, is required.
  • You must be comfortable working with data, reading recruitment trends, and using analysis to guide decisions.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and a solution-oriented approach are essential in a fast-paced environment.
