About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Support Manager to provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to Centre Managers and their teams across Western Canada. Ideally based in Calgary, AB, this role involves frequent travel within your region to ensure operational success and alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve financial outcomes for multiple centres, ensuring targets for revenue, expenses, and profitability are achieved.
- Analyze commercial performance metrics and assist Centre Managers in resolving issues of underperformance.
- Review monthly profit and loss statements, acknowledge achievements, and initiate corrective strategies as necessary.
- Ensure operations are aligned with strategic goals by implementing annual Business Plans at each centre.
- Measure centre performance through key performance indicators, audits, and business plan results.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to evaluate return on investment and optimize localized marketing expenditures.
- Maintain up-to-date Sales Superiority Planners for each centre.
- Promote high standards of guest service by monitoring performance through mystery shopping and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints with effective and actionable solutions.
- Manage call performance to uphold company standards.
- Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Centre Management teams to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team abilities and guest experience.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 7 years of multi-site operational experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food and beverage environments.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven history of cultivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service focus with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license with access to dependable transportation.
- Educational background in hospitality or related fields is preferred; franchise brand certification is advantageous.
