Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager role, based in Singapore on-site, centers around driving sales growth within the assigned region. The position requires developing and nurturing client relationships, uncovering new business prospects, and achieving or surpassing sales targets. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to formulate impactful sales strategies, lead product demonstrations, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive account management and prompt issue resolution. Regular travel across the region will be necessary to bolster business development and maintain strong client connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth of iKLAS EKMS across the designated countries.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with end-users, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Lead solution presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and support tender processes for new business.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industry segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts including multinational corporations, government bodies, and major enterprises.
- Provide insightful market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Operations departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent Ubergard at trade fairs, exhibitions, and partner events to enhance brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Between 2 to 5 years of regional sales experience in sectors such as security technology, enterprise solutions, system integration, ICT, or IoT.
- Proven experience working alongside channel partners including system integrators, distributors, and value-added resellers.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel as dictated by business needs.
- This position requires access to classified Singapore Government information; hence, candidates must satisfy the government's nationality and security clearance criteria.
