Role overview
The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for growing Red Bull sales and marketing across on-premise accounts in an assigned region, working closely with the Musketeer team. This role focuses on building a strong brand presence, improving regional coverage, and raising the return on investment through effective team leadership and execution.

Area management
- Ensure the region is covered in a smart, efficient, and well-structured way by the Musketeer team.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with important on-premise partners.
- Spend at least four days each week in the field alongside Musketeers.
- Oversee partnership agreement payments and budgets with care and accuracy.
- Maintain professional conduct during both daytime and nighttime visits.
- Review regional and account-level data to identify the main drivers of business performance.
- Manage the team so on-premise account staff clearly understand the brand and Red Bull execution standards.
- Make sure accounts are serviced properly so sales can grow consistently.
- Support premium on-premise activations and High 5 execution at third-party events held inside on-premise venues.
- Use global and national activities or events in the most suitable venues.
- Deploy resources to generate the strongest possible return on investment.
- Continuously improve dollar-per-case spending efficiency.
- Track market trends and keep records on competitor activity.
Strategic business planning and execution
- Execute national and regional business plans in line with company guidance.
- Ensure short-term and long-term initiatives follow RBNA guidelines.
- Support the development of business plans and budgets for the business unit.
- Use resources effectively to maximize ROI and improve $/case spend over time.
- Maintain active communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors.
Managing and coaching
- Lead, train, and guide Musketeers toward the intended results.
- Coach team members based on observed strengths and development opportunities.
- Motivate and inspire the team through day-to-day actions and support.
- Continuously look for and engage qualified candidates who could join the team.
Execution standards
- Work with OPM to ensure visibility is perfectly staged to support sales.
- Ensure menu placements and cooler facings follow RBNA guidelines and planograms.
- Support the perfect serve standard by ensuring consumers receive a cold Red Bull can when ordered as a cocktail component or standalone beverage.
- Encourage optimal pricing for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails in managed accounts, following RBNA guidance.
- Work with OPM to sell in the right consumption activation tools and communication materials.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should bring strong knowledge of the on-premise industry, along with existing contacts and experience in the scene. A strong sales background, leadership experience, analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and clear communication are essential. The role also calls for creativity, a solution-focused mindset, independence, and comfort working with the Musketeer profile. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and fluency in English is necessary; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
The base salary for this role falls between $100,000 and $150,000, plus cash incentives.
