Job description
Role overview
This is a regional marketing leadership role based in Ireland, supporting multi-market activity across EMEA. You will work with a partner company that handles applications and the hiring process. The position focuses on turning global direction into locally relevant campaigns that increase awareness, generate pipeline, and support long-term growth.
The job sits at the crossroads of field marketing, product marketing, sales, and partnerships. It requires someone who can both set direction and drive hands-on delivery, building and improving integrated programs across diverse European markets. You will help shape the regional marketing approach, test initiatives, refine them, and scale what works in a fast-moving environment. The role also involves translating technical cybersecurity innovation into clear, persuasive messages for different buyer groups.
This is a high-autonomy position for a marketer who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys creating structure from the ground up. The impact of the role is directly tied to pipeline growth and stronger regional presence across important European markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional marketing strategy across EMEA with clear alignment to global positioning and local market execution.
- Create and roll out marketing plans for the UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and France to raise awareness, improve engagement, and influence pipeline.
- Design and expand integrated field marketing activity such as events, webinars, executive briefings, campaigns, and community programs.
- Work closely with Sales on pipeline generation, account-based marketing, and priority regional opportunities.
- Adapt global messaging and positioning so it connects with different markets, cultures, and buyer personas.
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn technical capabilities into strong regional narratives and practical use cases.
- Own the regional event strategy, including conferences, hosted events, partner-led activations, and executive roundtables.
- Collaborate with Partners and Alliances teams on co-marketing initiatives in key markets.
- Handle regional budgets, agencies, timelines, and external suppliers.
- Set and monitor regional performance measures such as pipeline contribution, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Represent the region internally by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with global teams.
Requirements
- Background in regional, field, or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or similarly technical sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-market marketing programs across Europe.
- Experience partnering with Sales and GTM teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Ability to manage programs end-to-end, from strategy through delivery, with strong project management capability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different markets and audiences.
- Experience promoting technical products, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI-based platforms.
- Good familiarity with European regions such as UKI, Nordics, Benelux, France, or DACH is highly useful.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams in fast-paced settings.
- Advantageous: experience in partner marketing, ecosystem programs, or early-stage category-building companies.
- Advantageous: experience adapting campaigns for multiple languages and cultural settings.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives and equity participation.
- Remote-first arrangement across the EMEA region.
- Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth environment.
- Strong potential for career progression within a scaling international business.
- Direct influence on pipeline generation and commercial results.
- Collaborative cross-functional environment with a high level of ownership.
- Exposure to advanced cybersecurity and AI-driven technology.
- Chance to work across multiple European markets and travel for major industry events.
