Key responsibilities
- Support the Regional Marketing Management Team with administrative and marketing tasks.
- Arrange distribution of promotional tickets with relevant marketing partners across the region.
- Prepare advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked shows.
- Review, code, and process incoming advertising invoices.
- Research audience profiles and artist demographics to help guide marketing plans.
- Analyze media performance data to support marketing decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to develop effective campaigns on digital channels.
- Help execute grassroots promotions, including printing materials and arranging shipping.
- Assist the local sponsorship team with annual marketing recap documentation.
- Support the local PR team by gathering show details for press releases.
- Enter and maintain show marketing details in the company’s internal marketing systems.
- Provide event-day coverage when needed.
- Work extended schedules, including evenings and weekends, according to show dates and deadlines.
- Take on additional related tasks as required.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in event support, event planning, or marketing in entertainment, sports, or public assembly environments.
- Prior exposure to music, concerts, event planning, or sports marketing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
- Ability to independently identify issues and solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend work based on operational needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
