Key responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketing Management Team with administrative and marketing tasks.
  • Arrange distribution of promotional tickets with relevant marketing partners across the region.
  • Prepare advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked shows.
  • Review, code, and process incoming advertising invoices.
  • Research audience profiles and artist demographics to help guide marketing plans.
  • Analyze media performance data to support marketing decisions.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop effective campaigns on digital channels.
  • Help execute grassroots promotions, including printing materials and arranging shipping.
  • Assist the local sponsorship team with annual marketing recap documentation.
  • Support the local PR team by gathering show details for press releases.
  • Enter and maintain show marketing details in the company’s internal marketing systems.
  • Provide event-day coverage when needed.
  • Work extended schedules, including evenings and weekends, according to show dates and deadlines.
  • Take on additional related tasks as required.

Candidate profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in event support, event planning, or marketing in entertainment, sports, or public assembly environments.
  • Prior exposure to music, concerts, event planning, or sports marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational ability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
  • Ability to independently identify issues and solve problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good teamwork skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Availability for day, evening, and weekend work based on operational needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
